The City of Alexandria, Virginia Sanitation Authority, d/b/a AlexRenew, submits this Invitation to Apply for Prequalification (Invitation or IPQ) soliciting prequalification of potential contractors interested to serve as prime contractor for the Buildings L and G Elevator Replacement Project (Project). The purpose of this solicitation is to determine which Applicants are qualified to construct the Project. Only contractors who have complied with the prequalification process and have been determined qualified will be eligible to submit bids for the Project.
