  • submit manipulated, synthetic, or AI-generated media presented as authentic; or
  • submit information that could compromise the security or operation of AlexRenew facilities, systems, wastewater infrastructure, or other critical infrastructure.

Unauthorized access or attempted access may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1030, and Virginia’s computer trespass statute, including Va. Code § 18.2-152.4.

AlexRenew may restrict or terminate access to the website and remove submitted materials for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
