WHAT IS LEAP?

AlexRenew offers bill credits to residential customers and certain customers in multi-family apartment buildings through its LEAP program. Any residential customer with a past due balance is eligible to receive up to $1,000 per year in bill credit. Bill credits can be given out quarterly or in a single lump sum of up to $1,000.
