Wendy joined AlexRenew in 2011, and serves as AlexRenew’s Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing AlexRenew’s human resources and safety teams. Wendy is responsible for maximizing the strategic use of human resources and has operational oversight of organizational development, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and recruitment. With over 20 years of experience in HR, Wendy holds certifications as a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP).
