Can I sign up for electronic and/or paperless billing?

We appreciate you inquiring about paperless billing. AlexRenew strongly believes that having a paperless option is important for a number of reasons, including minimizing negative impacts to our environment. We are currently working on a major upgrade to our billing system that will include the ability for our customers to opt in to paperless billing offered directly through our website, instead of having to use a third-party vendor.

AlexRenew expects to launch our upgraded customer portal in the late spring of 2020, so please check our website and social media accounts for updates around that time. In the meantime, if you have not already, please consider signing up for auto-pay. Here are the details:

To set up automatic recurring monthly payments (ACH) using a checking or savings account please go to our website ( and log in. [If you have not already created an online account with us you will need to set one up in order to log in.]

Then click on the orange “Schedule a Payment” link on the right hand side of the screen.

Enter your checking or savings account information and click on the “Set Recurring Payment” link on the lower right hand side of the screen.

Once you have taken these steps, you will receive an email seven days prior to your bill’s due date informing you of the dollar amount to be drafted from your account, and the draft itself will occur on the due date.

If you should need to change your auto-draft account information at a later date the steps are: log into your online account with us, cancel your existing auto-draft, and then sign back up with your updated bank account information.
