Vendor/Bid Lists
Purchasing maintains a listing of all registered prospective vendors and bidders, classified by commodities and/or service. Please be aware that inclusion under any particular commodity code only assures that a vendor will be sent a public notice on bids and proposals. This does not guarantee that every vendor will be contacted for solicitation of quotations, nor does it mean that a rotation of vendors will be done for all small purchases.
